We deliver to all areas, including industrial areas. Deliveries are fulfilled during business days excluding Friday.

SHIPPING

Shoug Beauty Cosmetics offers rates KD 5 and above according to shipping address. Note that shipping cost may fluctuate based on daily changes in exchange rate. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. The shipping costs provided include import duties, taxes and applicable fees. Cash on delivery option isn’t available for international orders.

All orders ship Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays within Kuwait.

Shoug Beauty Cosmetics does not deliver orders to Israel or Palestine.

G.c.c customers are required to provide necessary documents such as the I.D. card number or passport number in accordance to Qatar new custom rules.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. RETURNS

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Returns and refunds are eligible for damaged items only when the invoice is provided and within 14 days after the delivery.

To start a refund/return process, please contact our customer service team by email at info@ShougBeauty.com or by phone at +96599778855. We’ll refund, to the original form of payment, the price of the applicable product. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be issued.
